Feasibility Analysis All too often a Chapter 11 filing was done in a hurry. The debtor and even its counsel are often too close to the ongoing crisis to objectively evaluate the situation. I know what can be done, both theoretically and practically. I am able to identity those businesses that can be saved and those that need to be liquidated and understand what Chapter 11 can and cannot accomplish. A knowledgeable and dispassionate analysis can be helpful either prior or subsequent to the petition. |
